Land Surveying - Civil Engineering Associates has been providing land surveying services to its clients since its founding. The surveying staff includes two Registered Land Surveyors and one Survey Manager. Projects undertaken have ranged from single lot surveys to large commercial, industrial and residential subdivisions. In addition to land surveying, Civil Engineering Associates has extensive experience with surveying related to engineering design and construction layout, and also has provided specialized measurements.

The surveying division has worked on both residential and commercial subdivisions, engineering related survey projects, construction layout, and control surveys to monitor structures over time. Included among these projects are: expertise identifying utility easements, supplying control data for photogrammetric purposes, utilizing the Vermont State Co-ordinate System, the new HARNS GPS Network and the GPS Surveying System.
